Pay online (credit card required).
Buy a replenishment card at participating Wal-Mart and other locations.
Visit an Alltel store or Alltel Authorized Agent.

You can check your balance in the following ways:

Dial *369 from your U Prepaid phone and listen to the automated message
Login to My Prepaid and view your account details
Call 1-800-335-6401 and select the option to hear your balance

Account balances can also be sent to you in a free text message! Listen for the menu option to have your balance sent directly to your phone.
